Dignipets offering support during Covid19

The current situation is stressful for everyone, and it’s important to know that you’re not alone.

Our team is working hard to be able to carry on supporting you and your pets for the coming weeks and months.

We have put measures in place to be able to help your pet at home while still keeping in line with social distancing precautions and other Covid-19 regulations.

As part of this we will use telemedicine (online consultations). Because we want to make sure you still get the support you need with caring for your pet at home we even reduced the online visit fee to £25. With these we can assess and triage just how urgent a situation is, and whether the pet needs to be seen straight away. In certain cases we may even be able to remotely prescribe medications. Our 24/7 emergency end of life service is still running.

With certain pets we are also able to visit outside in the garden.

Whatever the situation we will make it work in a safe way taking all aspects into account.

    Good afternoon

We contacted your service to enquire and request a home visit to our beloved dog Minty.

Donna attended. She was so very kind, professional and thoughtful of our needs and of course Mintys.

We wanted to thank you for an outstanding service throughout.

Our beloved family dog Minty now rests in peace, passing at home in his our basket surrounded by the most important people in his life, his family and best friend – Elsy.

    Thank you once again.

  • Letting my beloved golden retriever – Bhumpi go was one of the most difficult things I ‘ve ever had to do. Dignipets and their vet Lucian were really very supportive and compassionate throughout the entire process. Right from the begining when I made the first phone call to all the way till the end where I got my bhumpi cremated, everything was very well explained and wasn’t rushed at all. Because of Lucian at Dignipets I was able to carry my baby in my arms as she crossed the rainbow bridge. I am reassured that I managed to give my baby the best farewell possible. I can very confidently say when it’s time for your sick or elderly fur baby to have help across the rainbow bridge I completely recommend Dignipets for their gentle kindness.
