Dignipets Pet Loss Support Network

You’re not alone in your grief. We’re here to support you through this difficult time. Losing or anticipating the loss of a beloved pet can be one of life’s most profound heartaches. The bond you shared was real, the love was genuine, and your grief is valid.

At Dignipets, we understand that caring for you doesn’t end when we say goodbye to your pet—it’s where our ongoing support begins.

We’ve created a network of compassionate support to help you through your bereavement journey, in whatever way feels right for you.

Pet Memorial Walks

There’s something healing about being in nature with others who truly understand. Our Pet Memorial Walks bring together people who have experienced the loss of a beloved companion, offering a gentle space to remember, reflect, and find comfort in shared understanding.

These walks are open to anyone who has lost a pet, whether recently or years ago. Grief has no timeline, and you’re welcome whenever you need us. If you would like to join us on the next memorial walk then please contact us walks@dignipets.co.uk to be kept up-to-date.

What to expect:

  • Peaceful walks through beautiful natural settings
  • Connect with others who understand pet loss
  • Share memories of your beloved companion (if you’d like to)
  • No pressure—walk at your own pace, talk as much or as little as you wish
  • A supportive, judgement-free environment
  • Dignipets veterinary team on hand to give information on elderly, palliative and end of life pet care

Dignipets Pet Bereavement Support Network (Facebook)

Sometimes you need support at 2am. Sometimes you want to share a memory. Sometimes you just need to know someone else understands. Our private Facebook group provides a safe, compassionate online community for pet loss support, available whenever you need it.

In our support network you’ll find:

  • A compassionate, moderated community who genuinely understand
  • A safe space to share your feelings, memories, and photos
  • Support from others walking the same path
  • Resources and advice on coping with grief
  • Permission to grieve in your own way and time
  • Connection when you need it most

This is a private group—what you share stays within our caring community. All we ask is kindness, respect, and understanding for one another.
