Zena came into my life 16 months ago, a rescue from Cyprus. After 4 months she slipped on wet leaves and her legs went - a visit by Maja followed by a trip to specialist diagnosed an old injury of 6 slipped discs. Rather than operate the decision was made to treat her with pain killers and gently exercise/physio. two months ago her legs went again and after more physio & acupuncture, I was told that she had a mass in her abdomen. Wanting to keep her comfy for as long as she had, we borrowed a set of wheels and she went whizzing around on them. Then she stopped eating, started being sick and wasn't happy. I'm sorry that you only got to spend 16 months with me - sorry I couldn't take your problems away. Hope you were happy in the time you were with me. You are very much missed. Such a gently soul. Thanks to Dignipets for the care you gave her before I moved out of your area.
Miles and Ivan

Their full names were Lord Miles Vorkosicat, and Lord Ivan Vorcatril. Both were rescues. We got Miles (left, chocolate point) in 2015. He was the perfect cuddle cat, who loved his brush and slept between us. Ivan (right, seal point) was a much shyer cat, he'd been through three homes because he was a pisser. But he was also far more adventurous. The became inseparable. If Miles gave Ivan cuddles and comfort, it was Ivan who led Miles into trouble across roads on onto high walls he couldn't get down from. He was our chatty catty, our bossy cat. We lost both cats very suddenly this summer. Ivan to lymphoma and Miles to acute kidney failure, while one of us was also very sick. Our thanks to Dignipets for helping us through this time. They could not have been kinder.
