We brought our beautiful cat, Belle, home from the vets with a heavy heart knowing we needed to do the kindest thing. Our last act of love for her. We wanted her to be at home, in the place where she felt safe, with everyone who loved her. We contacted Dignipets very last minute and they were very accommodating, so kind and helpful. Paula came to our home and showed us all compassion, but most of all was so kind and caring to Belle. We are so glad we had Dignipets and Paula on board, it was 100% the right decision for us. It was so very sad, but beautiful and perfect, just like our little girl and exactly what she deserved, she was such a quiet, demure gentle little lady. After she passed, we were left with her a while until we were ready and my son gently carried her out to the van, even that was laid out lovely. We arranged to collect her ashes from Prestwood Pet Crematorium a few days later and again, what a lovely, calming place, in a beautiful rural area. Thank you so, so much for your kindness and the card that arrived a few days later, it really meant the world to us.
