Bruce was extremely respectful of our old lady cat, Fatty and us, the grieving family. He never once rushed the process and made it clear everything was going to happen on Fattys time, ensuring she had a pain free and peaceful send off. He gave us all the information before anything happened and walked us through every step as and when it happened. We could not have asked for a better vet to come out to us to help us with this difficult time.
