Professional and compassionate throughout I would highly recommend Dignipets to anyone. Our dog has always been highly stressed when visiting the vets so the thought of this added extra weight to what has been a very difficult decision.

Paula was amazing, calm and patient and allowed plenty of time and space for us to say our goodbyes. Being able to put him to rest at home meant the most peaceful passing we could have wished for.

We are massively grateful for the opportunity to let him go gently and unaware, doing his favourite things; lounging in the sun whilst stuffing his face full of food, with us fussing him.

It was a day we never wanted to come – Cheddar was our family…but Dr Miriam for Dignipets Worcester was so kind and compassionate to all of us in our home. She just knew what to say and when and help us through including working with out other dog. I would highly recommend – its a time to be kind to each other!

Losing a pet is never easy however Dignipets made the whole experience easier, Miriam came to our home, explained what would happen, she was caring and in no rush which gave us the time to prepare, I cannot praise them enough for their caring and compassionate way of dealing with both us and our ill dog Gracie, gone but not forgotten

One of the hardest decisions we’ve ever had to make, saying goodbye to Buster who has been a loyal happy staffy for nearly 15 years broke our hearts, Katherine from Dignipets was wonderful and caring and reassured us to the very end , we definitely made the right decision to call them

Could not recommend higher. TW – I will detail the process a bit so you know what to expect. The vet (Dr Miriam) rang in the morning to let me know she had our details and gave me a rough estimation of time. She then messaged me when 30 minutes away too. She is an amazing person. Kind, softly spoken, understanding. When she arrived we spoke about where and how to do it and confirmed our wishes etc. Our cat didn’t like being held so we let her just lie in her favourite place. We had to hold her gently whilst Dr Miriam injected sedation, which was fine. She did it all under a blanket so you don’t have to see anything clinical. Once our cat was sleeping, she injected the second. This one feels strange (I’ve had it myself) and the cat flinched but settled again almost immediately, again under blanket so nothing visible. Then the anaesthetic to stop her heart. Dr Miriam then left us alone for a bit to say goodbye and we had our other cats come and see so they knew. Then she brought in a pet bed and fresh blanket and scooped her gently up so it was like she was just sleeping. It was really beautiful. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better end for my sweet floof. 🥹 So grateful to Dignipets and Dr Miriam. This is an AMAZING service and there’s no words really to express how lovely it was. Thank you.
